GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Anjeka-6062B is formulated for both solvent-borne and solvent-free formulations. It delivers superior dispersing capabilities and outstanding compatibility with a diverse range of resin systems, rendering it an ideal choice for general pigment concentrate production.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT

Keep the product stored in a cool and dry environment.
Ensure full and thorough mixing prior to application. Separation or clouding may take place when the temperature drops below 0°C. In such cases, warm the product to 20°C and mix it completely again.
The advised maximum shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.

This additive realizes pigment deflocculation by means of steric stabilization. The ultrafine particle size obtained thereby boosts high gloss finish, elevates color intensity, enhances the transparency of clear pigments, and increases the opacifying power of opaque pigments. Additionally, it lowers the overall viscosity of the system, optimizes flow characteristics and enables higher pigment loading rates in formulations.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS

Dosage is calculated based on the weight ratio of dispersant solids to pigment:
Inorganic Pigments: 5% – 10%
Titanium Dioxide: 1% – 3%
Organic Pigments: 10% – 35%
Carbon Black: 15% – 75%
Note: These figures serve as experimental starting dosages. The optimal addition level must be confirmed through actual production and testing.

For achieving the best performance results, add the additive into the mill base first, prior to the introduction of pigments.
