GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Designed for a wide range of solvent-borne air-drying and baking paint systems. Particularly effective in dip-coating applications, where it supplements or replaces bentonite-based anti-settling agents for improved performance.

STORAGE & HANDLING

Store in tightly sealed containers in a cool, well-ventilated area away from heat and ignition sources.

Avoid direct heat exposure to containers.

Storage Temperature: 0°C to 40°C. If stored below 25°C, allow to equilibrate to approximately 25°C before use to restore fluidity (product may appear soft/waxy at lower temperatures).

Recommended maximum shelf life: 12 months.

Compatibility with the target coating system should be verified prior to full-scale use.

Effective Anti-Settling: Delivers strong anti-settling performance with minimal impact on system viscosity.

Stable Viscosity & Redispersibility: Maintains viscosity stability; any slight settling is easily redispersed without hard packing.

Robust Performance: No heat activation required; effectiveness is independent of dispersion temperature and largely unaffected by solvent or resin polarity.

Coating Compatibility: Has no adverse effect on gloss, yellowing resistance, water resistance, or drying speed of the film.

Recommended Application Areas:
Alkyd/amino baking paints, acrylic/amino baking paints, aluminum powder paints, epoxy resins, vinyl resins, polyurethane coatings, solvent-borne inks.

Ideal for Post-Addition:
Can be added without grinding, making it especially suitable for shear-sensitive pigments such as aluminum paste, pearlescent powders, matte powders, and fluorescent pigments. Also assists in the orientation of aluminum flakes to enhance metallic brilliance.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
General Use: 1.0–5.0% (on total formulation).
May be added at any stage without grinding, but must be thoroughly stirred into the system.
Note: The above are empirical starting points; optimal dosage should be determined through testing.

INCORPORATION & PROCESSING
For best results, pre-disperse Anjeka-4330 into the resin at high speed before adding other components (e.g., aluminum powder, solvents). Final mixing should be conducted under low-shear conditions.
