GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Anjeka-4360 is a dispersed polyethylene wax paste anti-sinking agent, which can effectively improve the anti-sinking performance of pigments.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT

Keep in a cool and ventilated place, keep the container tightly closed and away from heat and fire. Storage environment is 0 to 40℃ (the product is soft wax at 0℃, please recover to 25℃ before use). Containers should not be exposed to direct heat radiation.

The storage period is not recommended to exceed 12 months.

SPECIAL NOTES

If the wax paste is not tightly sealed and dries up, crusts or lumps are formed, the dried part must be removed to avoid dispersion difficulties.

Characteristics and advantages:

This anti-settling agent is in the form of paste, suitable for high shear grinding and dispersing equipment, easy to access. It provides excellent anti-sinking effect of pigments and avoids deposition of hard lumps at the bottom of the tank, and has a slight effect on viscosity. It has no significant effect on the gloss, yellowing resistance, water resistance and drying speed of the coating film.

APPLICATION SECTORS

Alkyd/amino-based baking paints, acrylic/amino-based baking paints, epoxy resins, vinyl resins, polyurethane paints, spray paints, etc.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS

Add 0.5-5.0% to the full amount.

The above data is an empirical dosage, and the optimum dosage should be determined through a series of tests.

INCORPORATION and PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

Anjeka-4360 must be added prior to milling and dispersed with the pigment at a recommended temperature of 20-40°C. The dispersing temperature should be set at a temperature between 20°C and 40°C.
