ANJEKA-5053 is a silicone-free defoamer suitable for solvent-based and solvent-free coating systems.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
At temperatures below 5°C, separation or cloudiness may occur. Warm to 20°C and stir well before use. Keep in a cool, dry environment.
Shelf life should not exceed 12 months.

SPECIAL NOTES
Due to its strong incompatibility, test its impact on clear coat transparency and cratering risk, particularly in non-polar systems.

Industrial Coatings

ANJEKA-5053 delivers excellent defoaming performance without compromising intercoat adhesion during recoating. It serves as an effective standard defoamer for solvent-based coatings and provides particularly strong foam suppression in non-polar formulations.

APPLICATION SECTORS
Recommended for: Industrial, automotive, architectural, wood, and furniture coatings.
Also suitable for: Protective coatings and coil/can coatings.

RECOMMENDED ADDITION LEVELS
0.1–1.0% additive (as supplied) based on total formulation.
These levels are based on experience; optimal dosage should be confirmed through laboratory trials.

INCORPORATION AND PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
For best results, add the defoamer to the mill base before the grinding stage. If incorporating post-grinding, ensure sufficient shear force to achieve uniform distribution and avoid cratering.
