GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-6072 is a high-performance polymeric wetting and dispersing agent for waterborne coating systems, printing inks, and adhesives. It serves as a standard additive for resin-free pigment concentrates and is effective for both inorganic and organic pigments, making it a versatile universal dispersant.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
If stored or transported below 0°C, phase separation or cloudiness may occur.

Warm to approximately 20°C and stir thoroughly before use.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

This additive achieves pigment deflocculation through steric stabilization. The resulting smaller pigment particle sizes enable higher gloss, enhanced color strength, improved transparency for transparent pigments, and better hiding power for opaque pigments. Viscosity reduction further improves flow behavior and allows higher pigment loading.
It is particularly well-suited for producing stable resin-free pigment concentrates with pigment levels of 30–60%. These concentrates are compatible with common waterborne bases, including acrylic dispersions, water-soluble acrylic resins, and acrylic emulsions.

This additive is also ideal for creating stable resin-free pigment concentrates used in waterborne coatings, effectively preventing color floating or blooming.

 

RECOMMENDED ADDITION LEVELS
Addition levels (as supplied, based on pigment weight):

Titanium dioxide and inorganic pigments: 4%–10%
Organic pigments: 30%–90%

Carbon black: 50%–140%

These values are based on experience; optimal dosage should be confirmed through laboratory trials.

 

INCORPORATION AND PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
Dispersion can be performed in water together with co-solvents.

First mix the additive thoroughly with water (and any co-solvent), then add pigments once uniform dispersion is achieved.
