GENERAL DESCRIPTION
ANJEKA-6630 is a polymer wetting and dispersing additive for aqueous coatings, printing inks and adhesives. It is a standard additive for resin-free pigment concentrates. It is suitable for inorganic and organic pigments and carbon black, and belongs to efficient and economical general-purpose aqueous polymer dispersant.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT
When stored or transported at temperatures below 0°C, delamination or turbidity may occur. Heat to 20°C and stir before use.
Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.

Coating Industry
Properties and Advantages.
This additive causes pigment deflocculation by spatial stabilization. Due to the small particle size of the deflocculated pigments, a high gloss can be achieved, as well as an increase in color strength. In addition, the transparency of transparent pigments and the hiding power of opaque pigments are improved. Due to the reduced viscosity, the flow properties are improved and the pigment content can be increased.
The additive is particularly suitable for the production of stable, resin-free pigment concentrates with a pigment content of 30-60%. These pigment concentrates can be used for paint mixing with standard aqueous bases such as acrylic dispersions or water-soluble acrylic resins as well as acrylic emulsions.

This additive is also recommended for the production of stabilized resin-free pigment concentrates for the preparation of waterborne coatings with no floating/blooming colors.
RECOMMENDED LEVELS
Additive dosage (in purchased form) is based on pigment:
Titanium dioxide and inorganic pigments: 4% - 10%.
Organic pigments: 30%-90
Carbon black: 50%-140
The above figures are empirical and the optimum dosage should be determined through a series of tests.
INCORPORATION AND PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
Grinding can be carried out in water and co-solvent, mixing the additives with water, and then adding pigments only after the additives are well dispersed.
